If you are not completely satisfied with the services that you receive from us, we will refund your payment. No quibbles. If you're not happy, just say so.

However, please bear in mind that domain name registration is automatic. As soon as you have paid online for your domain names, the information is sent automatically to the appropriate Registrar, and the names will be set up on the global WhoIs databases. So please ensure that you enter your desired domain name correctly. If you mistype the name, it will be registered as entered, and it will not be possible to give you a refund.
